What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/ Structural Engineering
- 4+ years’ experience in NZ’s structural engineering industry
- Strong knowledge of NZ codes, standards
- Experienced in seismic design
- Commitment to high-quality, architecturally sensitive solutions
- Progress towards CPEng (or intent to pursue)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SpaceGass, Etabs, Robot, MathCAD
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-aware of competencies, willing to engage with colleagues to seek help and ask questions
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and open to learning
- A valid NZ driver’s license
- NZ resident/ Appropriate work visa
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design structural systems for residential and commercial buildings
- Conduct site investigations and construction monitoring (CM2/CM3)
- Manage client relationships and take full ownership of your projects
- Represent Sullivan Hall professionally on-site and in client meetings
