The conversion from a low grade single level industrial building to what now exists on site is astounding. The combination of new open mezzanine floors, expressed existing structure coupled with a seismic upgrade has transformed this previously under-utilised space into a space in which any bespoke creative company would happily work from. The project is a perfect blend of architecture and structure coming together in a highly complimentary way.

Awards: Winner of an NZIA Architecture Award (NZIA National Awards 2017)  and Winner of a Designer’s Institute Gold Award (Best Awards 2016)
