Designed by SA Studio and delivered by Cook Brothers Construction on behalf of Winton Partners, the Northlake playground and reserve are a treasured amenity to the community at Northlake Wanaka.

It is located as a public focal point in the middle of the Northlake residential sub-division. The reserve incorporates playground, BBQ area, all weather courts and a pump track.

Sullivan Hall are proud to have assisted in the delivery of such a community asset. We provided consulting, design, and construction monitoring services to all structures onsite. We may have also taken the bike out for a lap or two on the pump track!
